I was usually very slim when I was young. After joining the film industry, I started working long hours, eating all kinds of junk and never realized that in a couple of years I had gained about 20 kgs. When my weight kept on increasing, I got really worried and realized that I needed to do something about it. Many of my efforts in this direction failed – joined gym and swimming classes but couldn’t continue for long due to my travel schedule and lack of guidance and dedication. My wife one day told me, that I was losing my confidence and charm and that really hurt me. I decided to consult Sonia Sinha to make a diet plan for me. My life revolves around food. Earlier it was all junk nasty food which I knew was taking a toll on my body but never really cared till my body was made a joke off. My motivation to losing weight was nil until I was introduced to Mrs Sonia Sinha. My perception about a diet was to eat foods that I didn’t like and then end up starving.
