Fitfoody is an online clinic that simplifies and balances your diet, tailoring it to your blood type and meal preferences. We ensure variety and tasty food while promoting good health. Many people believe that being on a diet means starving, but we take pride in breaking this myth. We believe dieting means providing nutrients to a starved body, and this can be done with tasty food too. It's all about the art of balancing your meals.

Our Journey

Fitfoody was founded in 2014 by Sonia Sinha, a former Chief Dietician at a leading hospital. Faced with the challenges of frequent relocations due to family reasons, Sonia decided to pivot her career at the age of 40. Recognizing the potential of the online space at a time when dietitians predominantly practiced offline, she launched Fitfoody, an online platform dedicated to enhancing well-being through simplified and balanced diets.

Since its inception, Fitfoody has been helping individuals across India and in many cities abroad. Our approach is rooted in the belief that a healthy diet doesn't have to be monotonous or tasteless. We stand by our motto, "Be Fit, Be a Foody," advocating that balanced and correct food chemistry can make the journey to wellness exciting and flavorful.

Hello! I'm Sonia, a clinical dietitian who loves creating delicious food plans tailored to your unique needs and tastes. With my experience as a cuisine trainer and fellow food enthusiast, I know how important tasty dishes are in our lives. Having lived in various regions of India—North, South, West, East, and North East—I understand the diverse food cultures and preferences across the country. Instead of using the same food plan for everyone, I dig deeper to incorporate your personal food preferences and cultural tastes into a balanced diet.

With over 25 years of research and experience in food, nutrition, and human psychology, I design mouth-watering food plans for your daily meals. I prefer calling it a 'Food Plan' instead of 'Dieting' because I believe in making sustainable dietary changes without feeling deprived. My approach involves adjusting food combinations, meal timings, and incorporating healthy options into your diet. I advocate enjoying a variety of foods while prioritizing nutrition and health.

I customize plans based on your health, taste, age, meal timings, and nutritional needs. Additionally, I consider your blood type, body type (Kapha, Pitta, Vata), and basic physical activities like brisk walking to optimize results quickly.
